Product Overview:

The drive control system assembly, adjustment and detection test platform is mainly used for teaching and training in drive system control and motor transmission. It can meet the teaching and training functions of new energy vehicle electronic control strategies, motor transmission, and motor signal measurement. It consists of two parts: the drive motor and transmission, and the electric dynamometer.

Features:

1. The drive motor is a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the reducer is a single-speed one. The fixed gear is integrated with the reducer. The motor and the reducer are matched with each other. The drive system is a vehicle-grade product. The peak power of the motor is over 160kW, and it is cooled by liquid cooling.

2. The technical platform can be powered on and run without load, allowing for the inspection of abnormal noises during the no-load rotation of the motor, the phase current waveforms of the stator windings, and the signal waveforms of the resolver windings.

3.After the motor and the reducer are separated, the motor structure remains intact. The reducer box can be rotated 360 degrees and locked at any position, facilitating the disassembly, assembly and inspection of internal components such as gears, bearings and oil seals.

4. The technical platform is equipped with a reducer box bracket and a gear set bracket. It is also configured with a stator winding and a rotary transformer signal detection box, enabling relevant data collection.

5. The technical platform can graphically and dynamically display the motor speed, bus voltage, phase voltage, motor temperature, controller temperature, etc. The screen size is 32 inches.

6.The technical platform is equipped with external ports and can be interconnected with the battery pack assembly, testing and diagnostic training platform.

7. The platform is equipped with a resource storage computer and a display system for the monitor. It is also configured with a zero calibration tool for the resolver, allowing for disassembly, assembly, and detection of the resolver.
