Guangzhou Boer Teaching Instruments launches intelligent connected vehicle virtual simulation platform to lead the upgrading of vocational education training

Time : 2025-09-24

By Li, Guangzhou Boer Teaching Instruments Co., Ltd., a leader in automotive education equipment R&D, unveiled its next-generation "Intelligent Connected Vehicle Virtual Simulation Training Platform" on September 5, 2025. This groundbreaking solution integrates VR interaction with automotive-grade data algorithms, marking China's first teaching platform combining "digital twin training + fault diagnosis simulation". It addresses the industry gap in high-risk, costly training for new energy vehicle vocational education. The platform features three core components: an autonomous driving scenario simulator, a high-voltage battery failure simulation module, and an intelligent connected decision-making training system. By replicating 1:1 the architecture of new energy vehicle high-voltage systems, students can conduct high-risk simulations like thermal runaway handling and obstacle recognition in virtual environments, achieving 100% operational safety while reducing equipment costs by 60%. The platform also contains a database of over 500 typical fault cases and supports real-time updates with latest technical parameters from mainstream models like BYD and Tesla.

During six months of pilot programs with 12 vocational colleges, student pass rates in skill assessments increased by 35% on average, while teachers' preparation efficiency improved by 40%, according to the company's technical director. Certified by the Ministry of Education's Vocational Education Equipment Expert Committee, the platform will help institutions implement the "Digital Upgrade of Training Equipment" requirements outlined in the New Energy Vehicle Industry Talent Development Plan. At present, the first batch of products have been contracted to supply three high-level vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, and the market coverage is expected to exceed 30% within this year.
