Product Overview:
This equipment uses the Volkswagen Passat B5 automotive automatic air conditioning system as a base, fully demonstrating the structure and operation of an automotive automatic air conditioning system. It is suitable for teaching the theory and practical training of automotive automatic air conditioning systems in vocational colleges, higher vocational schools, and training institutions.
Features:
1. A realistic and operational automotive automatic air conditioning system, fully demonstrating its structure and operation.
2. A three-phase motor serves as the power source, driving the air conditioning compressor. Operating the air conditioning control panel realistically demonstrates the working process and principle of the automotive automatic air conditioning refrigeration system. A heater serves as the heat source; operating the control panel realistically demonstrates the working process and principle of the automotive automatic air conditioning heating system.
3. The training platform panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer coating. The panel is printed with a color circuit diagram and working principle diagram that will never fade, and the surface is coated with a clear varnish. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the actual device to understand and analyze the working principle of the automotive automatic air conditioning system.
4. The training platform panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals of various circuit components in the air conditioning system, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals. Pressure gauges and thermometers are also installed on the panel, displaying real-time changes in air conditioning pipe pressure and inlet/outlet temperature.
5. The training platform provides a practical workspace for students to practice refrigerant charging and leak detection. The platform base is constructed of welded steel with a spray-painted finish, and features self-locking casters for flexible movement, safety, reliability, and durability.
6. Equipped with an intelligent assessment and examination system V1.0:
Based on the Android system and Wi-Fi, this system designs the intelligent fault setting and assessment system as an app that runs on any Android smartphone or tablet. It utilizes the Wi-Fi networking capability of the phone or tablet to wirelessly communicate with the training platform or teaching board equipped with the remote fault setting and control system module. It has the following functions:
6.1 Access Control Function:
This system allows setting permissions for administrators, teachers, and students. Administrators can manage the system ID, password, and exam question range. Teachers can manage exam questions, student class information, question creation and exam paper storage, grade inquiry, and grade report output. Students can manage student information and answer questions.
6.2 Wireless Network (WIFI) Connection:
Any Android smartphone or tablet used by teachers and students can connect to the remote fault setting and control system module installed on the training platform or teaching board via WIFI to form a wireless local area network (WLAN). Two networking modes are available:
◆Hotspot Mode: When the remote fault setting and control system module is running in hotspot mode, users can directly search for and connect to the module's SSID using any Android smartphone or tablet with WIFI enabled. No wireless router is required. Multiple smart devices can directly connect to the remote fault setting and control system module. This mode is suitable for managing a single training assessment project.
◆Terminal Mode: When the remote fault setting and control system module is running in terminal mode, it automatically connects to a pre-configured WIFI router. Mobile terminal users can connect to a router on the same local area network, then search for and connect to the system module's IP address using the intelligent fault setting and assessment system app. This mode is suitable for managing multiple practical training and assessment projects.
6.3 Fault Setting Function:
The intelligent fault setting and assessment system app can set various fault types, such as: signal short circuit, high-to-ground short circuit, signal reverse connection, poor contact, and intermittent faults. After the app sets a fault and transmits it to the remote fault setting and control system module, the corresponding fault will appear on the training platform or teaching board. Students can use relevant testing equipment to diagnose and detect the fault phenomena on the training platform or teaching board, thereby achieving the purpose of practical training and assessment.
6.4 Training Platform or Teaching Board Information Management:
The remote fault setting and control system module supports SD card transmission and storage of device information, facilitating the management of device information, exam questions, and student information.
6.5 Assessment Modes: The system offers three assessment modes:
◆ Practical Training Mode: Single or multiple fault points and fault types can be selected and set. The corresponding fault will appear on the training platform or demonstration board. When exiting this mode, the equipment automatically returns to normal. Suitable for teachers to use during practical training and explanation.
◆ Multi-person Assessment Mode: Up to 50 students can be assessed simultaneously. Exam time and scores can be set, and stored or newly created questions can be used to generate exams. After the corresponding fault appears on the training platform or demonstration board, students follow the diagnostic process to answer questions. The system does not automatically restore the equipment after students answer questions. Suitable for group assessments or practice.
◆ Single-person Assessment Mode: Teachers select a single student to assess. Exam time and scores can be set. After the student answers, the system automatically restores the correct fault point to normal. Suitable for assessing student skills.
6.6. Grade Inquiry and Transcript Export:
After the teacher clicks "Exam End" or "Exam Time Ends," the software will automatically generate a transcript. Teachers have the authority to inquire about all student grades and each student's answer details, and can export the transcript as an Excel document to the software and SD card for convenient grade management.
