Product Overview:

This product is a cross-sectional dissection teaching aid developed for teaching and training commercial vehicle air pressure braking systems and air circuit auxiliary systems. Based on a commonly used single-cylinder air-cooled air compressor in automobiles, it is a 1:1 structural replica of the actual vehicle. Utilizing a longitudinal sectional view and a transparent protective shell, it fully demonstrates the internal structure and working process of the air compressor's intake, compression, exhaust, and pressure regulation control. It is suitable for vocational schools, technical colleges, and automotive repair training institutions for teaching air circuit system principles, component recognition, and fault simulation training.

Features:
1. Uses an air compressor assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, with all components present, comprehensively showcasing the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
