Product Overview:
This product is an integrated teaching aid for functional demonstration and structural understanding of automotive engine electronic intake systems, specifically designed for practical training. Based on mainstream vehicle models' hot-film/hot-wire air flow meters, it employs a 1:1 replica of the actual vehicle structure and a modular design. It integrates multiple teaching functions, including structural visualization, signal simulation, data measurement, and fault demonstration. It is suitable for vocational schools, technical colleges, and automotive repair training institutions to conduct integrated theoretical and practical teaching on electronic engine intake volume detection, sensor signal analysis, and fault diagnosis.
Features:
1. The air flow meter assembly (with complete accessories) is dissected, showcasing all components and comprehensively demonstrating the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Different colors are used for each section, clearly displaying the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
4. Operate the simulated air intake device to realistically demonstrate changes in the air flow meter signal.
