Product Overview:

This experimental platform uses the Santana 2000 ABS braking system as its main material, employing a four-channel ABS adjustment circuit with individual adjustment for each of the four wheels. The ABS system operates normally, simulating its working process. It is suitable for practical training in automotive ABS system theory and maintenance in various types of colleges and training institutions. This training platform features comprehensive functions, convenient operation, safety, reliability, and an aesthetically pleasing design. An instruction manual, experimental guide, and related teaching materials are included.

Real-time pointer pressure gauge display of master cylinder and sub-cylinder hydraulic pressure.

Hydraulic pump operating status displayed via LED lights.

Wheel speed adjusted via a speed-regulating motor.

Automatic power-off protection device to prevent motor reverse drag and effectively protect electrical components.

The training platform base is constructed with a welded steel structure, and the panel cabinet is stamped and separable from the base. The platform surface is finished with a baked enamel coating and features omnidirectional self-locking casters.

It can be used for training on ABS braking system purging and adjustment, system matching, etc.
