Product Overview:

This product utilizes real components from a 72V on-board charger for new energy vehicles, showcasing its structure and working principle. It is suitable for various educational institutions' theoretical and practical training in disassembly, assembly, maintenance, and understanding of on-board charger components for pure electric vehicles.

Features:

Complete disassembly of the on-board charger's internal wiring clearly reproduces the connections of major components and wires. The internal components of the on-board charger are disassembled.

The equipment is equipped with four casters for flexible movement, and the casters also have self-locking devices for fixed positioning.

The panel is made of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel, with a vertical mounting panel featuring UV flatbed printing of color diagrams. Students can intuitively compare the diagrams with the actual device to understand and analyze the system's working principle, clearly demonstrating the names, structure, and principles of internal and external components.

The training platform, equipped with a real on-board charger, allows students to train in the disassembly, assembly, connection, and testing of on-board chargers.

The equipment frame is constructed from 40mm x 40mm integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles, which are oil- and corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It features self-locking casters and a 40cm tabletop covered with 32mm thick colored high-density composite board, convenient for placing documents, lightweight testing instruments, etc.
