The Electric Vehicle Drive System Training Platform is designed to help vocational school students master the performance characteristics of electric vehicle drive motors and motor controllers. It realistically presents the connection and control relationships, installation locations, and operating parameters between core components of a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, as well as high-voltage system safety precautions. It also cultivates students' ability to analyze and handle faults in LFP battery packs (BMS).
Students will understand the basic structure of an AC motor control system, master its working principle, and understand the basic control circuits. They will observe the components on the platform, gain a hands-on understanding of real vehicle components, and test their comprehension and practical skills through demonstrations of the AC motor control system's operation. They will also examine circuit diagrams, analyze the relationships between components, and understand the working principle of a DC motor control system.

A realistic and operational pure electric vehicle drive system, fully demonstrating the composition and operation of a pure electric vehicle drive system.
The training platform panel is equipped with an electric vehicle instrument panel that displays real-time changes in parameters such as power transmission process, vehicle speed, voltage, temperature, battery status, and fault indicator lights for the electronic control system. The demonstration panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer coating. The panel is printed with color circuit diagrams and working principle illustrations. Trainees can intuitively compare the schematic diagrams and actual components of the electric vehicle drive motor and motor controller to understand and analyze the working principle and process of the electric vehicle battery pack management and control system.
The training platform panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals at each control unit pin.
The training platform is equipped with an electronic throttle control device, which facilitates acceleration and deceleration of the pure electric vehicle drive system.
The training platform is equipped with a main power switch, protective covers for rotating parts, and other installation protection devices.
The training platform base is made of welded steel structure with a spray-painted surface. It features self-locking casters, ensuring flexible movement, safety, reliability, and durability.
