I. Product Overview

This robust turning frame is designed to provide hands-on experience with vehicle drive train components. The frame incorporates an advanced deceleration and turning mechanism that allows the transmission system to rotate freely to any angle and securely lock in place. This feature is ideal for educational environments, allowing students to easily disassemble and reassemble components from different angles, promoting a deeper understanding of vehicle mechanics.

The frame itself is constructed from high-strength welded steel, ensuring durability and stability during use. The surface is treated with a spraying process, which enhances its resistance to wear and environmental factors. Equipped with self-locking casters at the base, the frame is easily movable, enabling smooth transportation for teaching purposes.

The system includes a new energy vehicle drive motor assembly, which comes complete with all necessary accessories and is designed for easy disassembly. The motor assembly is mounted on a specially designed flip frame, making it accessible and ready for practical training exercises.

At the bottom of the frame, an oil pan is conveniently integrated to store small parts, screws, or probe wires, keeping everything organized and ready for use during disassembly and maintenance tasks.
