Product Overview:

The New Energy Vehicle Fault Setting and Connection Detection Platform is designed based on the Geometry G6 pure electric vehicle. It enables seamless connection with the vehicle's battery management system, vehicle controller system, drive motor controller system, charging and distribution assembly control system, EPB control system, BCM body computer control unit, EPS control unit, and automatic air conditioning management control system, realistically reproducing common faults found in the vehicle.

Driven by work tasks, it enhances safe maintenance awareness and practical skills, effectively addressing the mismatch between enterprise talent needs and student capabilities. It is suitable for vocational colleges, higher vocational schools, general education colleges, and training institutions for practical training in the maintenance of the Geometry G6 vehicle.

On the training platform, color-printed schematic diagrams of the components of each control unit system are used, along with standard measurement holes. This allows for understanding the structure, analyzing principles, measuring signals, troubleshooting, and demonstrating power-on operation, providing trainees with a more intuitive understanding of the structure and working principles. This achieves a high degree of integration between theory and practice, effectively improving trainees' professional skills and vocational qualities.

Features:

1. Connects to the vehicle via a dedicated wiring harness. Disconnecting the harness ensures complete vehicle functionality, maintaining the integrity of all original vehicle functions and wiring harnesses.

2. The vehicle structure remains intact, without damaging any original wiring harness. All control systems, sensors, and actuators are complete and functioning normally.

3. Detection and troubleshooting: Control signals are reconnected to the original vehicle control unit via a dedicated connector. There are at least 280 fault points in the vehicle. The connectors are identical to the original vehicle wiring harness, and the connecting wires are standard Teflon automotive-grade wires with a withstand voltage of at least 600V, ensuring normal vehicle circuit signals. The measurement panel displays the original vehicle control unit pins and is equipped with 2mm gold-plated terminals for direct measurement of real-time module system signals, allowing for monitoring of parameter changes in different control units.

4. The intelligent fault setting assessment platform is equipped with a multi-functional all-in-one machine, which can be used for wireless fault setting, electronic repair data and circuit diagram lookup, teaching resource packages, and online data access.

5. The fault setting area is located at the rear lower part of the platform, using a hidden sliding door fault setting mechanism. It internally houses a mechanical and wireless fault setting system, and is equipped with a 2mm dedicated connection wire for short circuit and other fault settings. It can detect open circuits, short circuits, loose connections, and cross-connections in the main circuits of the control unit.

6. The vehicle controller (VCU) control unit teaching and training system can detect signals (including accelerator pedal, brake pedal, vacuum pressure sensor, brake vacuum booster pump, high-pressure water pump, fan signal, etc.) and can set and diagnose open circuits, short circuits, loose connections, and cross-connections in the main circuits of the control unit.
