Product Overview:

This model is based on a dissected Audi classic 5-valve (3 intake, 2 exhaust) + hydraulic/electronic camshaft adjustment (VVT) engine cylinder head assembly. It is a core teaching tool for automotive engine valve train instruction, maintenance training, and technical demonstrations, visually showcasing the high scavenging efficiency and mechanical and electronic control principles of the 5-valve system and variable valve timing.

Features:
1. The dissected model uses a complete variable valve timing assembly (with all accessories), providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. The dissection and different colors applied to each section clearly reveal the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are secured to the base with M6*4 screws.
