Product Overview:
This product utilizes real components from AC charging devices and on-board charging systems for new energy vehicles. It demonstrates the structure and working principles of charging piles and on-board charging systems, suitable for various educational institutions' theoretical and practical training in disassembly and maintenance, structural and principle understanding, system operation, dynamic functional demonstrations, and fault detection and diagnosis of charging piles and on-board charging systems.
Features:
1. Includes a real 220V 7KW national standard charging pile, lithium battery pack, and management system for charging and discharging, a CAN-enabled on-board charger, a simulated discharge load system, ignition switch, charging pile (disassembled) components, a smart charging card for the charging pile, indicator lights, power switch, battery modules and control switches, and charging pile charging ports, providing a realistic and operable charging system.
2. The panel is made of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel, with a vertical mounting panel printed with color circuit diagrams and working principle schematics. Students can intuitively compare the system structure schematics and physical components to understand and analyze the system's working principles. The panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals of the system circuit components.
3. Charging Pile Specifications: Equipped with a 220V 7KW charging pile display device, synchronously displaying data. The operating software displays charging voltage, charging current, charging capacity, and charging time. It features three charging modes: charging by amount, charging by time, and charging by capacity. Safety protection functions include input-side overvoltage and undervoltage protection, output-side overvoltage and overcurrent protection, over-temperature, short circuit, leakage, lightning protection, and battery reverse connection protection. It also features three status indicators: power, charging, and fault.
4. The core control board can collect and process card swipe information. It supports LTE (4G), GSM multi-mode communication transmission, GPS positioning, RFID card system, and current and voltage parameter collection, processing, display, or alarm functions. It also includes electricity consumption collection, metering, and protection functions.

It realizes a real-world charging process for actual vehicles, including the detection, confirmation, and wake-up process of CC and CP signals, and the detection of temperature, current, and voltage during the charging process. The charging equipment can perform real-world charging operations for electric vehicles or other equipment in new energy vehicles equipped with national standard sockets.
6. Achieve a complete and optimal charging process, including charging gun handshake, charger and BMS message sending and receiving. A fault simulation system is installed to enable low-voltage circuit system fault setting and diagnosis, allowing for the setting and assessment of 12 common fault points.
7. The equipment frame is constructed using two types of integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles: 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm. It is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The tabletop is 40cm wide and covered with 32mm thick, high-density colored composite board, ensuring durability and rust resistance. It features four self-locking casters for easy movement. Accompanying training manuals and other teaching materials comprehensively explain the working principles, training projects, fault setting and analysis, and other key points. A 12-inch touchscreen displays charging and discharging status information.
