The multi-plate clutch dissected model is an automotive chassis teaching and training device that uses a real clutch assembly for precise sectioning, structural cross-sectioning, and color-coded detailing. It is primarily used to visually demonstrate the structural composition, power transmission route, and engagement and disengagement principles of a multi-plate clutch. It is suitable for teaching and skills training in automotive repair, construction machinery, heavy vehicles, automatic transmissions, and related fields.

Features:

1. Uses a multi-plate clutch assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
