This training platform utilizes a real high-voltage electronic control assembly component to create an experimental training bench. It can complete experimental training content related to the charging and distribution system of pure electric vehicles. The physical hardware platform of the charging and distribution system is connected for use. It is suitable for various educational institutions' teaching needs in the theoretical and practical training of pure electric vehicle charging and distribution systems, including disassembly and maintenance, structural and principle understanding, system operation, dynamic functional demonstrations, and fault detection and diagnosis.
Features:
1. The training bench connects to the power battery and electric drive benches, showcasing the structure and principles of the high-voltage power distribution control and charging system, and dynamically demonstrating the working process of the high-voltage power distribution control and charging system.
2. The high-voltage distribution box and power battery pack cover are semi-transparently modified to display the internal control component structure.
3.The panel is made of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel, and the vertically mounted panel is UV flatbed printed with a complete color standard system diagram. Students can intuitively compare the diagram and the physical components to understand and analyze the system's working principle.
4. The panel is equipped with detection terminals, allowing direct detection of electrical signals of system circuit components, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
5. Equipped with a fault simulation system, enabling fault setting and diagnosis in low-voltage circuit systems. It can set and assess 10 common fault points.
6. The equipment frame is constructed from two types of integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles: 40mm x 40mm and 40mm x 80mm. It is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The platform is 40cm wide, durable, and rust-free. It features four self-locking casters for easy movement.
7. Accompanying training (experiment) manuals and other teaching materials, including explanations of working principles, training projects, fault setting and analysis, and other key points.
8. Equipped with safety protection devices: emergency stop switch, mechanical main power switch, maintenance switch, protective covers for rotating parts, high-voltage safety protection devices, and warning signs.
