Product Overview:

This product is a dissected teaching model of a single-tube shock absorber. It is precisely dissected and machined to a 1:1 scale using a real automotive single-tube shock absorber assembly, preserving the original vehicle's core structure and working logic. Featuring a stable base, transparent protection, and color-coded components for differentiation, it is specifically designed for integrated theory and practice teaching in automotive chassis and suspension systems. Suitable for vocational school training, pre-employment training in automotive repair companies, and as a teaching aid demonstration, it helps learners intuitively understand the structural composition and damping principles of single-tube shock absorbers.

Features:

1. Uses a single-tube shock absorber assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors painted on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Practical Training Projects:

Project 1: Structural Understanding and Component Identification of Single-Tube Shock Absorbers

Project 2: Working Principle Demonstration and Damping Characteristics Observation

Project 3: Disassembly and Assembly Process Training of Anatomical Models

Project 4: Simulation Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of Common Faults

Project 5: Performance Comparison and Extended Applications
