Product Overview:

This product is an automotive training model based on a pressurized controlled exhaust gas turbocharger, dissected and sectionally displayed according to the original vehicle structure. It is primarily used to visually demonstrate the working principles and internal structure of exhaust gas turbocharging, pressurization control, and the exhaust bypass valve. It is a core teaching tool for automotive engine and electronic engine training courses.

The model retains the complete motion mechanism and pneumatic control structure of the turbocharger. Color-coded sections clearly show the position and mating relationships of each component. It can be manually rotated to simulate the working process, meeting the training needs for structural understanding, principle demonstration, and fault analysis.

Features:
1. Dissected using a complete turbocharger assembly (with all accessories), all components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Different colors are used for the dissection and section painting, clearly showing the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing rubber pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
