This product is an integrated theory and practice teaching aid designed specifically for vocational schools majoring in automotive chassis, automotive inspection and repair, and new energy vehicles. Based on the original standard Torsen center differential, it employs precise dissection, color-coding, and dynamic reproduction techniques to fully present the internal mechanical structure, torque distribution principle, and anti-slip locking mechanism of the Torsen differential. It is a core training device for teaching differential structure understanding, power transmission, and fault analysis, suitable for various scenarios such as classroom demonstrations, group training, skills training, and teaching presentations.

The model strictly adheres to the original factory structural proportions, preserving the realistic texture and motion characteristics of core transmission components. Through scientific anatomical design, it breaks through the limitations of traditional teaching aids that "do not show the internal structure," helping learners quickly connect theoretical knowledge with practical application. It allows for an intuitive understanding of the core advantages of the Torsen differential—"no power loss, automatic locking, and smooth transmission"—effectively improving teaching efficiency and practical cognitive abilities.

Features:

1. A Torson center differential assembly (with complete accessories) is dissected, showcasing all components and providing a comprehensive view of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Dissection and different colors applied to each section clearly reveal the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are secured to the base with M6*4 screws.
