This product utilizes the high-voltage control system of BYD pure electric vehicles, including the high-voltage control assembly, slow charging interface, fast charging interface, high-voltage wiring harness, and detection panel. It allows for real-time practical operation of the high-voltage control system, realistically demonstrating its structure and operation. It is suitable for teaching the maintenance and training of high-voltage control systems in electric vehicles.

1. 2. It realistically demonstrates the actual working principle of the BYD pure electric vehicle high-voltage control system. The fully operational high-voltage control system of a new energy pure electric vehicle fully demonstrates the structural composition and logical control relationships of each major component. All major components are mounted on a test bench with electrical connections identical to those in a real vehicle, allowing for easy disassembly and reassembly. Students can master the key points of disassembling and assembling components in the high-voltage control system of new energy pure electric vehicles through the disassembly and reconnection process.

3. It features an intelligent fault assessment function: mainly composed of two independent systems—a teacher fault setting terminal and a student answering terminal—installed on a mobile terminal. Teachers can connect to the fault setting module using a mobile teaching terminal to configure faults. After fault configuration, students can take assessments via the mobile learning terminal. Assessment scores are automatically stored in the device execution module for easy teacher access to each student's results.

4. To facilitate sensor and actuator identification and measurement, and to replicate the real-vehicle testing scenario while minimizing connector damage from plug insertion and removal, a ≥5cm detection terminal must be connected in parallel next to the original vehicle wiring harness connector. This detection terminal is made of transparent acrylic material, laser-engraved and flatbed-painted, and its shape must match the original vehicle connector's planar shape. The measurement terminal uses dedicated detection terminals, labeled with the measurement angle number and the sensor/actuator name. Electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals can be directly measured at the measurement terminals of each sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pin. Multimeters and oscilloscopes can be used to monitor parameter changes in real time under various conditions.

5. The training platform is assembled from an aluminum profile frame. Four casters are installed at the bottom of the platform for flexible movement, and the casters also have self-locking devices to fix the position. The training platform features a circuit diagram printed on its panel and is equipped with detection ports. Using a multimeter and oscilloscope, parameter changes under various conditions can be monitored in real time. A training manual is included with the platform.
