Product Overview:
This electric air conditioning system simulation training platform uses the air conditioning and heating systems of pure electric vehicles. It realistically demonstrates the structure, control principles, installation locations, and operating conditions of the core components of these systems, cultivating students' ability to analyze and handle faults in pure electric vehicle air conditioning and heating systems. It is suitable for various educational institutions' teaching needs in disassembly and maintenance, structural and principle understanding, system operation, dynamic functional demonstrations, and fault detection and diagnosis of pure electric vehicle air conditioning and heating systems, including theoretical and practical training.
Features:
1. All major components are mounted on the platform, retaining the original vehicle's electrical connections and functions. Disassembly and assembly are convenient after power failure, training students to master the key points of disassembly and inspection of air conditioning and heating system components during the disassembly and wiring process.
2. Operating the air conditioning control panel switches allows for a realistic demonstration of the air conditioning system's working process and principles.
3. The panel is equipped with high and low pressure gauges and inlet/outlet temperature gauges, which can display real-time changes in air conditioning pipe pressure and inlet/outlet temperature parameters.
4. The equipment provides a practical platform for students to practice refrigerant charging and leak detection.
5. The panel is made of 4mm thick aluminum composite panel. The vertically mounted panel features a full-color standard system diagram printed with UV flatbed inkjet printing. Students can intuitively compare the diagram with the actual device to understand and analyze the system's working principle.
6. The panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals of system circuit components, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
7. A fault simulation system is installed, enabling the setting and troubleshooting of low-voltage circuit system faults. It can set and assess 12 common fault points.
8. The equipment frame is constructed using two types of integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles: 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm. It is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The tabletop is 40cm wide and covered with 32mm thick, color-coated high-density composite board, ensuring durability and rust resistance. It includes four self-locking casters for easy movement.
9. Accompanying training (experiment) manuals and other teaching materials are provided, including explanations of working principles, training projects, fault setting and analysis, and other key points.
10. Install safety protection devices: emergency stop switch, mechanical main power switch, maintenance switch, protective covers for rotating parts, high-voltage safety protection devices and warning signs.
