1. A three-phase motor serves as the power source, realistically demonstrating the structure of a manual air conditioning system, including the air conditioning ventilation system, air conditioning circuit system, various sensors, and refrigeration piping system.
2. Starting the three-phase motor and running the air conditioner provides a comprehensive demonstration of its operation. Operating the buttons on the air conditioning control panel allows for precise control of hot and cold air, various ventilation modes, and demonstrates the movement of the air conditioning compressor and radiator fan.
3. The stand provides a practical platform for students to perform vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and leak detection.
4. The equipment panel features a color-printed schematic diagram illustrating the working principle of the air conditioning system. The panel allows for testing the electrical signals of various computer pins and electrical components. The entire equipment is equipped with omnidirectional casters for easy movement during teaching.
5. It comes with an automotive electrical teaching and training CD-ROM, synchronized with the textbook, combining theory and practice.
