I. Product Overview:
This training platform utilizes original vehicle hydraulic power steering system components and front suspension system components. Following the original vehicle's layout, it allows the hydraulic power steering system to operate independently on the platform. It enables front wheel alignment testing and adjustment. The training platform consists of the following components: coil springs, control arms, hydraulic power steering system, steering column, steering wheel, steering wheels, 2.2KW motor, and a graduated steering wheel, etc.

II. Component Structure:
Main Frame:
Employs a front suspension system and hydraulic power steering system assembly:
1. Equipped with two independent suspensions in the front axle structure, upper and lower brackets, steering knuckles, wheel hubs, and tires;
2. Steering system components include the power steering pump, steering gear assembly, left and right tie rods, steering column, and steering wheel, etc.;
3. Power steering pump drive motor (380V, 1.5KW), dual-load simulation device for vehicle weight and road conditions, movable frame, and mechanical rotation safety guard.

Control Panel:
1. Equipped with ignition switch, power indicator light, leakage protection switch, and DC 12V switching power supply;
2. Vehicle speed simulation adjustment device, main hydraulic pressure gauge, and left and right power cylinder hydraulic pressure gauges;
3. Integrated circuit fault setting and assessment device, etc.

1. Lockable swivel casters for easy movement and convenient teaching;
