Product Overview:
The Automatic Antifreeze Pump Dissection Model is a professional teaching and training device based on an industrial-grade/automotive original automatic antifreeze pump assembly. It is constructed through precise dissection, color-coded painting, and reinforced frame assembly. Its aim is to visually demonstrate the mechanical structure, water circulation, temperature sensing, and automatic control module's collaborative working principle of the antifreeze pump. It addresses the needs of teaching demonstrations and fault diagnosis training regarding pump body freezing and cracking in low-temperature environments, making it a core teaching tool for vocational schools, skills training institutions, and in-house corporate training.
Features:
1. Uses an automatic antifreeze pump assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different color coatings on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Project:
I. Overall Training Objectives
Understand the overall structure, installation location, and working environment of an automatic antifreeze pump.
Master the names and functions of components such as the pump body, impeller, seals, temperature control sensor, and heating/antifreeze actuator.
Understand the working principles of low-temperature automatic antifreeze, circulating heating, and anti-icing protection.
Be able to identify structures, disassemble and assemble components, observe fault phenomena, and perform simple diagnoses.
Cultivate awareness of standardized operation, safe training, and equipment maintenance.
