Based on the original mass-produced dual-chamber brake master cylinder, it is precisely manufactured to a 1:1 scale. Through professional dissection techniques, it fully presents the internal core structure, intuitively demonstrating the independent working principle and braking transmission logic of the dual chambers. It is suitable for courses such as "Automotive Braking System Structure and Repair" and "Automotive Chassis Structure," serving as a core teaching device for theoretical explanation, structural understanding, principle demonstration, and fault analysis.
Features:
1. Dissected using a complete dual-chamber brake master cylinder assembly (with all accessories), all components are included, comprehensively showcasing the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
