Product Overview:
The finger steering gear anatomical model is a physical, anatomical teaching aid for teaching and training in automotive chassis and steering systems. Based on commonly used automotive finger steering gears (recirculating ball/rack and pinion), it is made from the original factory assembly through precise sectioning, color separation, and structural reinforcement. It visually demonstrates the steering gear housing, finger engagement pairs, steering screw, rocker arm shaft, finger teeth, bearings, oil seals, and internal transmission structure. It is used to explain steering force transmission, steering clearance adjustment, steering gear working principles, and fault analysis. It is a core training equipment for vocational schools, automotive repair training institutions, and corporate training.
Features:
1. Uses a finger steering gear assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, with all components included, comprehensively demonstrating the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and formed, with a powder-coated surface. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Projects:
Training 1: Identification of the Overall Structure and Components of the Finger Steering Gear
Training 2: Meshing Transmission Principle and Action Demonstration of the Finger Steering Gear
Training 3: Finger Steering Gear Clearance Adjustment Training
Training 4: Observation of the Finger Steering Gear Sealing System and Analysis of Sealing Faults
Training 5: Simulation and Diagnosis of Common Faults in the Finger Steering Gear
Training 6: Understanding the Linkage Between the Finger Steering Gear and the Steering System
