Product Overview:

This model is based on the core components of a high-pressure common rail fuel injection system. It features a real high-pressure fuel pump assembly, pressure regulating valve (PCV/DRV), common rail pipe, and injector assembly, with cross-sections, cross-sectional views, and color-coded sections. It comes with a dedicated display stand and is designed for teaching, practical training, and skills assessment in courses on diesel engines, high-pressure common rail systems, and automotive electronic fuel injection. It visually demonstrates the complete structure and working principle of high-pressure fuel supply, pressure regulation, and injection execution.

Features:
1. The model uses a common rail high-pressure pump with pressure regulating valve and injector assembly (all accessories included) for dissection. All components are present, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. The dissection and different colors painted on each section clearly show the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
