Product Overview:
This product is a core sectional dissection teaching aid specifically developed for teaching the structural principles of automotive automatic transmissions. Based on the Ravigneaux planetary gear set widely used in passenger cars, it is a 1:1 scale replica of the actual vehicle structure. Utilizing a longitudinal sectional view and a transparent protective shell, it fully displays the internal structure and power flow process of the device, including the double planetary gear set, shared sun gear, and multiple clutches. It is perfectly suited for basic automatic transmission teaching and fault diagnosis training, and is applicable to vocational schools, technical colleges, and automotive repair training institutions.
Features:
1. Uses a Ravigneaux planetary gear transmission assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, with all components included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly visible.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
