- The frame of the equipment is constructed using 2.5 mm thick square steel tubing to ensure high strength and stability. The exterior is made of 2 mm precision-cut steel plate, processed with laser cutting and CNC bending for a smooth and durable finish.
- The lower frame incorporates laser-cut hollow designs on both sides and integrated LED lighting effects, enhancing the visual and technological appeal of the training system while improving student engagement. The measurement panel is made from 8 mm transparent acrylic treated with UV spray coating. The layout of the operation panel follows ergonomic principles for convenient and safe use during training.
- The platform includes detection terminals that allow the use of multimeters and oscilloscopes to analyze circuit signal characteristics within the rear body control system. The measurement panel features a detailed schematic diagram of the controller’s circuit system.
- A diagnostic interface is provided for reading and clearing system fault codes, accessing real-time data streams, adjusting parameters, and performing other diagnostic operations. The system also features a fault simulation setup, enabling users to intentionally open circuits within the power supply, communication, and actuator control lines for realistic fault analysis exercises.

The electric vehicle rear body control training platform is designed to demonstrate the structural composition, working principle, and diagnostic functions of a rear body system in an electric vehicle. It includes components such as the parking motor, rear suspension system, brake cylinder, rear body controller, and detection panel.
All components are mounted according to their actual installation positions on a real vehicle, accurately representing the structure and operation of the rear suspension and electronic parking system. The platform supports structural understanding, circuit detection, and performance analysis of the rear body system. The detection panel enables measurement and study of the electrical circuits associated with the rear body controller.
