Product Overview:
The diaphragm brake cylinder (also known as a diaphragm brake chamber) is the core actuator of an automotive air brake system. This dissected model is based on the original factory assembly. Through precise dissection, zoned color painting, and integration with a stable platform, it is designed and manufactured specifically for vocational schools and automotive training institutions for brake system structure recognition, working principle demonstration, and maintenance training. It is a standard piece of equipment for theoretical and practical teaching of automotive chassis brake modules.
Features:
1. Dissected using a diaphragm brake cylinder assembly (with complete accessories), all components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors painted on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Project:
I. Training Objectives
**Master the components, names, functions, and assembly positions of a diaphragm brake cylinder.**
**Understand the working process of diaphragm brake chamber inflation and deflation/return.**
**Be able to identify normal and failure states and perform common fault analysis and diagnosis.**
**Establish the overall working logic of the pneumatic brake actuator.**
II. Training Project Content
Project 1: Component Identification and Structural Understanding
Project 2: Dynamic Demonstration of Working Principle (Manual Simulation)
Project 3: Assembly Relationship and Motion Logic Analysis
Project 4: Typical Fault Simulation and Diagnosis
Project 5: Assessment Training (Oral + Point-by-Point)
