This model is a core teaching tool for automotive hydraulic braking systems. It fully replicates the physical structure, hydraulic circuit, and motion process of a single-chamber (single-circuit) brake master cylinder. It is suitable for vocational school/higher vocational programs in automotive application and maintenance, automotive testing, and related fields, providing training in structural understanding, principle analysis, disassembly and repair, and fault diagnosis. It supports the teaching of key knowledge points related to the conversion of "mechanical energy → hydraulic energy."

1. A single-chamber brake master cylinder assembly (with complete accessories) is dissected, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying its internal and external structure.
2. Different colors are used for the dissection and the painting of each section, clearly revealing the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
