Product Overview:

This equipment consists of two parts: a fixed frame for the electronically controlled gasoline engine assembly and its operating accessories, and a control panel frame for operation and testing.

The engine can be practically operated under normal conditions such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating, realistically demonstrating the structure and working process of an electronically controlled gasoline engine. It is suitable for the teaching needs of vocational colleges, higher vocational schools, general education colleges, and training institutions for automotive engine and maintenance training.

1. A real, operable electronically controlled gasoline engine, fully demonstrating its structure and working process. The engine can be practically operated under normal conditions such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating.

2. The training platform panel features a color UV flatbed printed circuit diagram. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the actual engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system. The panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel that is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof, with a special primer coating. The panel is printed with a color system circuit diagram that will never fade.

3. The training platform panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals from various sensors, actuators, and engine control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.

4. The base at the front of the testing panel features a 20cm steel tabletop for convenient placement of documents and testing instruments.

5. The training platform panel is equipped with automotive gauges, a fuel pressure gauge, and a vacuum pressure gauge, which can display real-time changes in parameters such as engine speed. The training platform also features a diagnostic connector, allowing connection to dedicated or universal automotive diagnostic tools for self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes and reading data streams from the engine electronic control system.

6. The training platform is equipped with a main power switch and protective devices. The base is constructed of welded steel, with round handrails welded to the front and sides. The surface is treated with a powder coating, and it features self-locking casters for flexible movement, safety, reliability, and durability.
