Product Overview:

This electric vehicle motor controller dissection training platform uses a mainstream pure electric vehicle-grade AC variable frequency motor controller, model MC3528-72V300A. The input bus voltage is 50-96VDC, and the output is three-phase AC. The power device is a high-power MOSFET. It is used in electric vehicles from brands such as Landi Fangzhou and Hebei Yujie. Through dissection, the internal structure and control principle of the motor controller are demonstrated.

Features:

The motor controller has a fully transparent top cover, revealing complete internal wiring and showcasing all major components and wire connections. The equipment is equipped with four casters for easy movement, and the casters also have self-locking devices for positioning.

The equipment features a structural principle display panel showing the names and connection methods of internal components and the internal structure.

The equipment frame is constructed frovm 40mm×40mm integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles, which are oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The platform is 40cm wide and covered with 32mm thick colored high-density composite board, which is durable and rust-free. It also features four self-locking swivel casters for easy movement.

Accompanying training manuals and other teaching materials include explanations of working principles, training projects, and troubleshooting.
