Product Overview:

This product is a specialized cross-sectional dissection teaching tool developed for professional teaching and training in automotive electronics, electrical control, and mechatronics. Based on commonly used automotive inductive switch systems (including proximity switches, Hall effect switches, and photoelectric switches), it is a 1:1 replica of the actual vehicle structure. Utilizing a modular cross-section and transparent protective design, it fully demonstrates the internal structure, working principle, signal transmission, and circuit connection process of the inductive switch. It is suitable for vocational schools, technical colleges, and related training institutions for inductive switch identification, principle explanation, fault simulation, and testing training.

Features:
1. Uses a complete inductive switch system assembly (with all accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly visible.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
