I. Product Overview

The high-voltage electronic control assembly flip-over training platform is designed based on the high-voltage electronic control assembly in the high-voltage system of new energy vehicles.

The high-voltage electronic control assembly is mounted on a test bench, facilitating disassembly and assembly. After disassembly and assembly, the condition of each component can be observed, allowing trainees to clearly and intuitively see the process of each part.

This provides trainees with a more intuitive understanding of the structure and working principle, achieving a high degree of integration of theory and practice.

It effectively improves trainees' professional skills and vocational qualities and is suitable for teaching the principles and mechanical structure of high-voltage electronic control assemblies.

II. Standard Configuration

(1) A high-voltage electronic control assembly is adopted.

(2) Worm gear mechanism, bracket, fixing pin and bolt, large area oil receiving pan, universal caster, etc.

III. Functional Characteristics

(1) The high voltage electrical control assembly is fixed on the flipping frame, which can be rotated 360 degrees axially and locked at any angle to ensure easy rotation, self-locking and stability, large operating space and convenient disassembly and assembly; trainees can carry out hands-on disassembly, assembly and repair on the disassembly and assembly platform, which fully meets the requirements of the whole process of disassembly, reassembly, debugging and inspection of the high voltage electrical control assembly.

(2) Use large-area oil collection trays to ensure that tools, waste oil, and parts do not touch the ground, and cultivate good work habits;
