Product Overview: This model is a physical, dissected teaching model based on the Bosch VP44 electronically controlled radial piston distributor pump (a core component of high-pressure fuel injection in diesel engines). Common models include JDQC-JP038 and BPQC-JP038. Through refurbished dissection and color-coded treatment of the actual pump body, it visually demonstrates the internal structure of the electronically controlled distributor pump, the generation of high pressure by the radial plunger, and the principle of fuel distribution. It is a core teaching device for automotive engineering schools, internal combustion engine training institutions, and repair shops.
Features:
1. Dissected using a complete diesel engine high-pressure fuel pump assembly (with all accessories), all parts are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
