This experimental platform consists of a real five-speed manual transmission assembly, a geared motor, a storage cabinet, and a movable frame. Through demonstrations on this training platform, students can clearly understand the internal structure and function, facilitating a quick grasp of the transmission's construction and principles. It enhances students' initial understanding of transmissions, providing a more intuitive and in-depth teaching experience. It is an ideal teaching device for automotive schools to conduct theoretical and practical training on transmission systems.

Features:

1. A real, operable electronically controlled automatic transmission, driven by an adjustable-speed three-phase asynchronous motor. It allows for practical operation of various conditions, including gear display, neutral start, forward gear operation, and reverse gear operation, fully demonstrating the composition and working process of an automatic transmission.

2. The motor directly drives the transmission; the motor and transmission are directly fixed via a coupling. The rated current value specified on the motor's nameplate can be set via a frequency converter, and an electronic thermal overload relay can prevent motor overload. To prevent shocks during mechanical start/stop, acceleration/deceleration can be set using an S-curve graph via the frequency converter.

3. The training platform panel is made of high-grade aluminum composite panel, which is impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof, and the surface is treated with a special primer coating. The panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that will never fade. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the actual components to understand and analyze the working principle of the automatic transmission control system.

4. The training platform panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals from the pins of various sensors, actuators, and control units. The panel also features automotive gauges and pressure gauges, which can display real-time changes in parameters such as engine speed, vehicle speed, automatic transmission gear position, and main oil pressure.

5. The training platform is equipped with a diagnostic connector, which can be connected to a dedicated or universal automotive decoder to perform self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes in the engine and automatic transmission electronic control system. The panel also features indicator lights for each solenoid valve in the automatic transmission, displaying the real-time operating status of each valve. The training platform is equipped with safety protection devices such as motor protective covers and output shaft protective covers.

6. Equipment panel cabinet: 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, stamped and formed, with a maintenance door on the back; the base is made of welded steel structure, with a spray-painted surface, and features self-locking casters for flexible movement, safety, reliability, and durability.
