The electric vehicle power steering system training platform is designed to demonstrate the structure, function, and working principles of an electric power steering system. It includes the steering motor, front axle, front shock absorber assembly, wheels, steering gear, steering knuckle, and related components.
All components are mounted on the platform in their original spatial configuration, providing a clear and realistic understanding of the system layout and its functional operation. The equipment enables both structural analysis and circuit-level diagnostics of the steering system. Through the integrated detection panel, the electrical circuits associated with the steering controller can be measured and analyzed accurately.
