Product Overview:
This product is a cross-sectional dissection teaching aid specifically designed for teaching and practical training of diesel engine fuel supply systems. Based on the classic VE-type distributor pump (centrifugal control distribution type injection pump), it is a 1:1 structural replica of the actual vehicle. Utilizing a longitudinal sectional view and a transparent protective shell, it fully demonstrates the internal structure and entire working process of the distributor pump, including high-pressure fuel supply, fuel quantity regulation, speed control, and fuel injection advance. It is suitable for vocational schools, technical colleges, and automotive repair training institutions to conduct integrated theory and practice teaching of diesel engine electronic/mechanical fuel supply systems.
Features:
1. Uses a Cummins centrifugal control distribution type high-pressure fuel pump assembly (complete with accessories, centrifugal control distribution type) for dissection. All components are complete, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing rubber pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Be able to simulate, diagnose, and analyze the causes of typical distribution pump faults.
