Product Overview:
This simulates the BYD pure electric vehicle power steering system, including the steering gear, servo motor, steering column, steering wheel, steering front axle, and tires. It is suitable for teaching and training on pure electric vehicle power steering systems in secondary and higher vocational schools and training institutions.

Features:
1. This device provides practical training on BYD pure electric vehicle EPS (Electric Power Steering) systems, including their structure and operating process.

2. Demonstrates and teaches practical training on the following key knowledge points: the functions and characteristics of electric power steering, the operating principle of EPS, common faults of electric power steering, and their diagnosis methods. It also features an intelligent fault assessment function consisting of two independent systems: a teacher fault setting terminal and a student answering terminal, both installed on a mobile terminal. The teacher's mobile teaching terminal connects to the fault setting module of the integrated teaching aid to perform fault setting. After the fault setting is completed, students take the assessment using the student mobile learning terminal. The assessment results are automatically stored in the device execution module, making it easy for the teacher to check each student's score. To facilitate sensor and actuator identification and measurement, and to replicate real-world vehicle testing scenarios while minimizing damage to sensor and actuator plugs, a ≥5cm long test terminal is connected in parallel to the original vehicle wiring harness plug. This test terminal is made of transparent acrylic, laser engraved and printed on a flatbed, and its shape must match the original vehicle plug's flat surface. The test terminal uses a dedicated test terminal, labeled with the measurement angle number and sensor and actuator name. Electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency can be directly measured at the test terminals from various sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pins. A multimeter and oscilloscope can be used to monitor parameter changes in real time under various conditions.

3. The training platform is constructed from an aluminum extrusion frame and has four casters installed on the bottom for flexible mobility. The casters are equipped with self-locking mechanisms for secure positioning.

4. The platform panel is printed with a circuit diagram and equipped with test ports. A multimeter and oscilloscope can be used to monitor parameter changes in real time under various conditions. A training guide is provided with the platform.
