Product Overview:
This product utilizes a mainstream battery management system (BMS) for new energy pure electric vehicles. Employing a national standard communication protocol, the BMS dynamically collects data in real-time from 24 individual battery cells, including voltage and battery pack temperature. Data such as SOC (State of Charge), individual cell voltage, charge/discharge current, total battery pack voltage, and temperature are transmitted to a multimedia terminal for graphical dynamic display via CAN bus, touchscreen display, and digital software. Fault settings are included to create a battery management system fully compatible with pure electric vehicles, training trainees in fault analysis and troubleshooting capabilities for new energy electric vehicle battery management systems.
Features:
1. Employs lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. Individual cells have a nominal voltage of 3.2V and a capacity of 20Ah. Four cells are connected in series, resulting in a battery pack rated voltage of 76.8V.
2. Employs a national standard communication protocol. The BMS uses a group management mode, dynamically collecting data from 24 individual battery cells in real-time, including voltage and battery pack temperature. Data such as SOC, individual cell voltage, charge/discharge current, total battery pack voltage, and temperature are transmitted to a 15.6-inch multimedia terminal for graphical dynamic display via CAN bus, touchscreen display, and digital software.
3. Equipped with a national standard AC charging port, it can be connected to an intelligent training platform for AC charging systems for interconnection and charging.
4. Features four parallel testing stations, with the option to expand to more stations, allowing simultaneous measurement of voltage signals for both the power battery pack and individual cells.
5. Allows setting faults such as overcharge, over-discharge, undervoltage, and broken detection lines for individual cells in the power battery pack via a multimedia terminal; power supply and signal faults for temperature sensors; and power supply and control faults for high-voltage DC contactors.
6. Includes a built-in on-board charger, employing microcomputer measurement and control technology. The embedded CPU accurately detects various states of the battery pack, and the intelligent multi-band constant current and constant voltage charging mode prevents overvoltage and undervoltage, effectively protecting the battery and extending its lifespan.
7. Employs non-virtual methods for setting faults in individual cells, the BMS (Battery Management System), and the AC charging system.
