The Starting and Charging System Training Platform uses a real starting and charging system as its foundation, fully demonstrating its composition and operating process. It is suitable for schools' teaching needs in the theory and maintenance training of starting and charging systems.

1. A realistic and operable starting and charging system, fully demonstrating its composition. Operating the starter switch activates the starter motor and generator, realistically demonstrating the working process of the starting and charging system. The ammeter and voltmeter on the panel allow observation of the changes in starting current and battery voltage during starting and charging.

2. The panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof, with a special primer coating. The panel features a color circuit diagram that will never fade. Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with the actual device to understand and analyze the working principle of the starting system.

3. The panel includes disassembled components of the starter motor and generator assembly, allowing for a direct understanding of their structure.

4. The panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals of various circuit components in the starting and charging system.

5. The panel is constructed from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The base is a welded steel structure with a powder-coated finish and features self-locking casters. A 40cm tabletop is provided for placing documents and lightweight testing instruments.

6. The training table features an R-shaped welded steel structure with an embedded panel box. A triangular storage box with a transparent single door is located at the bottom. It also has a powder-coated finish, self-locking casters, and is easy to move, safe, reliable, and durable.
