This product is a 1:1 scale, precisely replicated, dissected teaching and training model based on the mainstream pneumatic brake booster unit of commercial vehicles (trucks and buses). Through directional sectioning, movable demonstrations, and clear labeling, it fully showcases the internal structure, workflow, and power transmission path of the pneumatic brake booster unit. It is specifically designed for vocational schools, technical colleges specializing in automotive testing and repair, and new energy commercial vehicles, as well as automotive repair training institutions and pre-employment training for commercial vehicle companies. It is used for integrated theory and practice teaching and demonstration of courses such as pneumatic braking systems, brake booster principles, and fault diagnosis, solving the teaching pain points of the inaccessible internal structure and difficult-to-explain principles of actual machines.

Features:
1. Dissected using a complete pneumatic brake booster assembly (with all accessories), all components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and formed, with a powder-coated surface. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
