Product Overview:

This product utilizes a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack for new energy vehicles, featuring individual 3.2V 10AH cells (10 in series) and an integrated BMS (Battery Management System) with a CAN bus, including passive balancing functionality.

It realistically demonstrates the connection and control relationships, installation locations, and operating parameters of the core components of the LFP battery pack, as well as high-voltage system safety precautions. It also cultivates students' ability to analyze and handle faults in the LFP battery pack (BMS).

It is suitable for understanding and verifying the power battery parameters of electric vehicles, performing real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis, SOC estimation, short-circuit protection, insulation detection, charge/discharge control, balancing, and other functions. It interacts with the on-board charger via CAN bus, ensuring the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of electric vehicles through a BMS teaching and training experiment.

Features:

1. A realistic and operable new energy power battery charging and discharging assembly, fully demonstrating the structural composition and logical control relationships of each major component.

2. All major components are mounted on the training platform, with electrical connections identical to those in a real vehicle, allowing for easy disassembly and reassembly. This enables trainees to master the key points of high-voltage system component disassembly and assembly, as well as safety protection, during the wiring process.

3. The BMS (Battery Management System) features passive balancing functionality and switch control protection (cell disconnection, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature). It communicates with the on-board charger via CAN, controlling the charger's operation and estimating SOC (State of Charge).

4. It features individual cell voltage data acquisition, total voltage data acquisition, current acquisition, and temperature data acquisition. It has comprehensive fault level alarm functions, including voltage, current, and temperature fault alarms.

5. It features SOC estimation, charge/discharge control, and passive balancing management functions. The system switches use passive mechanical contacts.

6. The training platform is equipped with a discharge module to simulate the energy consumption process of a vehicle, with selectable discharge current. The power battery pack has a mechanical maintenance switch for new energy vehicles, allowing the top cover to be opened for inspection; all high-voltage electrical connectors are national standard products, ensuring reliable performance.

7. The training platform is equipped with a 12V power grounding mechanical switch, which can disconnect the 12V ground at any time to cut off the power to the entire system. The power battery pack output line is also equipped with a mechanically disconnectable emergency switch, allowing easy disconnection of the main power circuit in emergencies.

8. A UV flatbed inkjet color panel fully displays the power battery pack's charging and discharging working principle diagram and is equipped with detection terminals for real-time monitoring of parameter changes under various conditions.

9. The training platform consists of a mobile training platform (with a principle panel). The platform is placed horizontally and houses the main components. Four casters are installed at the bottom of the platform for flexible movement, and the casters also have self-locking devices to fix the position.

10. Equipped with a fault setting and assessment system, with no fewer than 15 fault points. The equipment frame is constructed using two types of integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles: 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm. It is oil- and corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and features a 40cm wide tabletop covered with a 32mm thick, colored high-density composite board, ensuring durability and rust resistance. It comes with four self-locking casters for easy movement.

11. Equipped with a linear discharge load system, it can read various parameters during the discharge process. It also features a CAN diagnostic system (including hardware and software) to read various parameters and fault data during the charging and discharging process.

12.Accompanying training manuals and other teaching materials provide a complete explanation of the working principle, training projects, fault setting and analysis, and other key points.
