Product Overview
The electronic control gasoline engine dissection demonstration platform uses the Volkswagen gasoline engine assembly for section processing, with complete components and reasonable section position. It can fully display the internal and external structure of gasoline engine and the movement of components, and is suitable for the teaching of gasoline engine principle and mechanical mechanism.
Features
The original factory gasoline engine assembly is used for structural dissection, fully demonstrating the internal and external structures of the engine mechanism. 2. Mechanical cross-sections of the engine are painted in different colors for visual differentiation. 3. A single-phase gear reducer motor with adjustable speed drives the engine crankshaft for low-speed operation, realistically demonstrating the movement of internal mechanical components. 4. The mobile platform features high-strength welded steel structure with surface coating treatment. Equipped with self-locking casters at the base, it allows easy mobility for teaching purposes. Dissection sections include: cylinder block(observed externally during piston and crankshaft operation); valve cover (observed externally during camshaft operation); Cylinder head (observed externally during intake/exhaust valve operation); intake/exhaust manifolds and filters; generator and water pump; timing mechanism (operational observation).
