I. Product Description

The training platform is designed to simulate the power battery system of a pure electric vehicle. It includes a modular battery pack assembly, high-voltage connection harness, and diagnostic interface panel.

The setup allows trainees to study, assemble, and analyze the structure and operating characteristics of a high-voltage power battery system. When connected with compatible drive motor and control system training modules, the high-voltage activation logic and protection functions of the power battery pack can be effectively demonstrated and analyzed.

II. Product Configuration

The main equipment frame is built from 2.5 mm thick square structural tubing for strength and rigidity. The exterior casing is made of 2 mm precision-cut steel plate, processed using laser cutting and CNC bending for an accurate and durable finish. The measurement panel is constructed from 8 mm transparent acrylic with UV spray coating, designed ergonomically to ensure safety and convenience during operation.

The system is equipped with detection terminals that allow the use of measuring instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes to analyze circuit characteristics at various test points. A diagnostic interface enables monitoring of single-cell voltage, temperature, and other key operating data.

The battery pack housing is made of transparent acrylic material, which allows clear observation of internal series connections between cells and modules. Included components are a diagnostic and measurement panel, a power battery assembly composed of 126 single cells connected in series, dedicated low- and high-voltage connection harnesses (each 4 meters long), a battery heating unit, dual liquid-cooling pipes for thermal regulation, and a detailed training manual containing six structured practical exercises.

III. Practical Training Projects

The training platform supports experiments and fault analysis related to low-voltage power battery circuits, interlock signal testing, and series-parallel module connection principles. It allows for the measurement of insulation resistance, the reading and interpretation of single-cell voltage and temperature, and the study of the structure and function of the battery thermal management system.
