Product Overview:
This platform is primarily used for theoretical and practical teaching of electric vehicle battery packs and their management systems. It focuses on demonstrating the theory of battery management systems and diagnosing and detecting common system faults. Through a planar representation of the internal components of the battery pack, it demonstrates the connection methods, energy transfer methods, and cooling methods of the battery management system, enabling users to master the control of charging, discharging, and battery consistency, and become familiar with the types of faults in the battery management system and their diagnostic methods.
Features:
1. The platform mainly consists of a power battery, on-board charger, battery loading device, and LCD display. The system is powered by a 48V battery pack, ensuring user safety.
2. Based on the battery management system for new energy vehicles, this platform flattens the internal circuitry of the control module, allowing for the measurement of key signals and the setting of faults for key components and circuits. This enables students to truly experience the system's control process, including how to control relays, how to achieve battery consistency monitoring and control, and how to monitor battery temperature.
3. The platform is equipped with a system circuit schematic board, allowing students to intuitively understand and analyze the working process and control strategies by referring to the circuit diagram and the actual battery pack.
4. The platform is equipped with a high-power electrical loading device, allowing for the selection of different loads via a gear switch to test the battery's charging and discharging capabilities.
5. LED strips and corresponding current sensing modules are arranged within the high-voltage wiring harness protection layer. When current flows through the wiring harness, the LED strips indicate the direction of the current.
6. The main parameters of the battery management system, such as current, battery temperature, and capacity, can be displayed via computer software.
7. The panel is equipped with a full charge indicator, CAN communication indicator, fault indicator, and charging indicator. 8. The platform is constructed from aluminum profiles, and the panel is made of aluminum composite panel with spray painting.
9. The platform is equipped with a multimedia computer, a fault setting device, a data acquisition device, and a data measurement device.
10. The fault setting device can set various circuit faults, including loose connections and open circuits.
11. The data acquisition device can collect various voltage and frequency signals from the power battery control system teaching board.
12. The data measurement device can be used to test the terminal voltage of the control module without damaging the wiring harness.
13. The multimedia computer can send fault setting commands to the fault setting device and receive signals collected by the data acquisition device, combining with the system software to realize classroom teaching and assessment.
14. Equipped with an interactive course system, it has functions such as course guidance, classroom lectures (including teaching courseware and theoretical assessment), and classroom training (including wiring diagnosis, fault setting, and practical training assessment). It is equipped with three sets of printed textbooks: a teacher's reference book, classroom worksheets, and a practical training guide. It also includes a tablet-type answer device to assist teachers in completing the theoretical and practical teaching of the system.
