Product Overview:
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) dissected model is a physical dissection teaching aid specifically developed for automotive vocational education, repair training, and educational demonstrations. It is professionally dissected, painted, and fixed using a real EGR valve/EGR system assembly, visually presenting the internal structure, component assembly relationships, and working principles of the EGR system. It is a core teaching device that replaces purely theoretical lectures.
Features:
1. Uses an exhaust gas recirculation valve assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, with all components included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and painting different colors on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
