Product Overview:
This device simulates the powertrain of a BYD pure electric vehicle, including the electric motor assembly, drive and transmission system components, gear controller, energy recovery system, braking system, front and rear clevis assemblies, axles, brake and auxiliary mechanisms, electronic accelerator pedal, and inspection panel. It allows practical operation of the pure electric powertrain during starting, acceleration, and deceleration, realistically demonstrating the structure and operation of the pure electric powertrain. It is suitable for practical training in pure electric vehicle powertrain maintenance.

Features:
1. This device simulates the disassembled drive motor system of an original BYD vehicle model, fully demonstrating the structure and operation of the pure electric vehicle drivetrain.

2. This device demonstrates, teaches, and trains the following key knowledge points: the types, structure, and operating principles of permanent magnet synchronous motors, the main technical specifications of motors, the output characteristics of motors, the structure and principle of resolvers, resolver fault detection, inverter principles, and the static and dynamic parameters of power transistors (IGBTs). The original instrument panel displays real-time changes in parameters such as power transmission, vehicle speed, and electronic control system fault indicators.
The training platform is equipped with accelerator and brake pedals, allowing for convenient acceleration, deceleration, and stopping of the pure electric vehicle's drive system.
3. The intelligent fault assessment function consists of two independent systems: a teacher's fault setting terminal and a student's answering terminal, both installed on a mobile terminal. The teacher's mobile teaching terminal connects to the integrated teaching aid's fault setting module to perform fault settings. After the fault settings are completed, students complete the assessment using the student's mobile learning terminal. The assessment results are automatically stored in the device's execution module, allowing the teacher to easily access each student's score.
4. To facilitate sensor and actuator identification and measurement, and to replicate actual vehicle testing scenarios while minimizing damage to sensor and actuator plugs caused by plugging and unplugging, a ≥5cm detection terminal is connected in parallel to the original vehicle wiring harness plug. The detection terminal is made of transparent acrylic, laser engraved and printed on a flatbed, and its shape must match the original vehicle plug's flat surface. The measurement terminal uses a dedicated detection terminal, labeled with the measurement angle number and sensor and actuator name. Electrical signals from various sensors, actuators, and engine control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency, can be directly measured at the measurement terminals. Parameter changes under various conditions can be monitored in real time using a multimeter and oscilloscope.

5. The training platform is constructed from an aluminum frame and has four casters installed on the bottom for flexible mobility. The casters are equipped with self-locking mechanisms for secure positioning.

6. An OBD-II diagnostic socket is installed on the panel, allowing connection to a dedicated vehicle diagnostics system for control unit self-diagnosis, including fault code reading, clearing, and data stream reading.

7. The panel features a printed circuit diagram and test ports, allowing real-time monitoring of parameter changes under various conditions using a multimeter and oscilloscope. A training guide is included with the training platform.
