Electronically Controlled Gasoline Engine Disassembly and Assembly Training Bench
I. Product Overview:
This training bench designs the electronically controlled gasoline engine assembly and related electronically controlled components as relatively independent disassembly and assembly tables and control panels. The disassembly and assembly table consists of a base, a tilting frame, a reducer, and an oil receiving pan. The engine can be tilted 360 degrees during the disassembly and assembly process and can be stably stopped at any angle, making the disassembly and assembly work easy and convenient. A large-area oil collection tray ensures that tools, parts, and engine oil remain on the ground. The control panel, composed of the electronic control system, cooling system, fuel supply system, and intake and exhaust systems, is used for operational testing of the assembled engine. It also includes wiring test terminals and the original vehicle diagnostic connector, enabling comprehensive testing of the control circuit. The combination of these components fully meets the requirements of the entire process of engine disassembly, reassembly, debugging, operation, and inspection.

Engine assembly, exhaust system, intake system (intake hoses, air filter assembly, intake air temperature sensor), cooling system (radiator, fan, upper and lower water hoses), reduction gear, column mechanism, base, test panel, test terminals, LED indicator lights, signal meters for each sensor, test bench, instruments, engine ECU, high-current quick-connect terminals, wiring quick-connect terminals, fuel pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, ignition switch, diagnostic connector, fuses, relays, battery, fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel lines, movable stand, and... III. Functional Features:

3. Allows for engine disassembly and assembly training. Students can practice engine disassembly, assembly, and repair on a disassembly and assembly stand. During disassembly and assembly, the engine can be rotated at any axial angle and stationary. It can be connected to a running stand, and the engine can be run by connecting the electrical, oil, air, and water lines on the engine disassembly and assembly stand.
4. Allows for starting and running the engine, providing practical training in engine operating conditions such as starting, idling, acceleration, and deceleration.
5. Separate disassembly and operation systems ensure no interference and easy connection, allowing for timely testing of assembly results and fully meeting the requirements of the entire process of engine disassembly, assembly, debugging, operation, and inspection.
6. The engine assembly is mounted on a tilting frame, allowing the engine to rotate 360 degrees for easy student disassembly and assembly practice.

12. The Toyota 5A engine assembly and accessories are rationally arranged according to the original vehicle layout. The engine is required to be supported at three points: left, rear, and right. The cooling and exhaust systems have safety protection functions and are installed according to the original vehicle layout design.
13. The running test bench is equipped with all the components needed to start and run the engine, such as the electronic control unit, water tank, fuel tank and fuel pump, battery, instruments, ignition switch, etc. It connects with the disassembly and reassembly test bench to connect the oil, electrical, water, and air circuits, allowing the engine to run and test the engine assembly effect.
