Product Overview:
This product utilizes a mainstream new energy lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, with 24 cells in a 3.2V 20AH series configuration. It features an integrated BMS (Battery Management System) with passive balancing capabilities.
It realistically demonstrates the connection and control relationships, installation locations, and operating parameters of the core components of a LFP battery pack, as well as high-voltage system safety precautions.
By referring to the circuit diagram, students assemble and connect the components themselves, cultivating their hands-on battery assembly and connection skills. It is suitable for teaching new energy courses in colleges and universities and for maintenance training.
Features:
1. Students can disassemble and assemble the battery pack and BMS management system themselves.
2. All major components are mounted on a platform, with connecting wires uniformly placed at the workstation. Referring to the circuit diagram, students can master the working principle of the power battery pack through assembly and connection.
3. The BMS is mounted on the panel, with clear labeling of voltage acquisition lines, temperature acquisition lines, relay control lines, Hall current sensor acquisition lines, and other logical control relationships.
4. The BMS (Battery Management System) features passive balancing, switch control protection (cell disconnection, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature), and SOC (State of Charge) estimation. It is equipped with compatible BMS host computer calibration software.
5. A 72-inch display panel on the power battery pack allows observation of various parameters during charging and discharging, enabling users to understand the control logic and parameter changes of key components.
6. The training platform includes a discharge module that simulates vehicle energy consumption; the discharge current is selectable.
7. The power battery pack is equipped with a mechanical maintenance switch, and all high-voltage electrical connectors are national standard products, ensuring reliable performance.
8. The training platform is equipped with a 12V power grounding mechanical switch, allowing for immediate disconnection of the 12V ground to cut off the entire system power supply.
9. A UV flatbed inkjet panel fully displays the power battery pack, BMS, and charging and discharging operation diagrams.
10. The training platform consists of a movable frame (with a schematic panel featuring testing terminals). The platform is horizontally positioned and houses the main components. Four casters are installed at the bottom of the platform for easy movement; the casters also have self-locking devices to secure the position.
11. The equipment frame is constructed using two types of integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles: 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm. These profiles are oil- and corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and feature self-locking casters. The base has a 40cm tabletop covered with 32mm thick colored high-density composite board, convenient for placing documents, lightweight testing instruments, etc.
