I. Product Features
The experimental components and modules are mounted on plug-in sockets. The reference circuits can be connected to the physical layout using the instruction manual. Each component corresponds directly with the diagram, making the learning process intuitive, engaging, and highly participatory.
All components are installed in a durable aluminum box, equipped with plug-in wiring sockets to allow easy addition of more complex circuit components.
The components are mainstream in the market and compatible with a variety of electrical instruments. They can be used to form basic circuits for technician-level electrical experiment teaching and demonstration.
A standardized plug-in connector system with different colors is adopted. All component sockets use hollow rivet jacks for easy plug-in operation. Direct connections maintain circuit node potentials, simplifying troubleshooting and making the system visually clear.
Damaged components caused by mis operation can be replaced, greatly
enhancing reusability.
The system supports the New Energy Rectifier and Inverter Teaching Resource Package Software V1.0, which uses 3D animation to demonstrate the working principles of DC motor speed regulation circuits.
II. Equipment Requirements
The system allows students to construct circuits with different functions according to teaching requirements, with circuits fully functional for practical learning.
The supporting plate is a specialized PCB board in a rectangular layout, measuring not less than 30 cm × 30 cm with a thickness of at least 1.6 mm, ensuring durability for repeated plug insertions.
The overall structure is a high-strength aluminum box, approximately 35 cm × 35 cm, with reinforced framing. The flat-hinged design allows both sides to open fully. The interior is lined with black velvet fabric and includes sewn pockets for organized component storage.
Connecting wires are environmentally friendly, with plug-in terminals for quick and reliable connections on the universal board.
A detailed practical training guide (provided in both paper and high-definition electronic formats) guides students step by step through circuit connection experiments. The guide includes product introduction, physical structure diagrams, usage instructions, connection,etc.
